Flash Requirements

Flash files on this site require version 7 or greater of the Flash Player for playback. If you have an older version of Flash Player installed, you must upgrade to the latest version.

QuickTime Requirements

QuickTime files on this site are encoded using the Sorenson Video 3 codec, which provides better quality and faster download times. Films encoded with Sorenson Video 3 require QuickTime 5 for playback. If you have an older version of QuickTime installed, you must upgrade to the latest version.

QuickTime Problems?

The most common issue with QuickTime on the Windows platform arises due to a conflict between the computer's video card driver and the QuickTime Player. To rectify this issue, set the QuickTime control panel to Safe Mode (GDI Only), by following these instructions:

  1. Click the Start button, select Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the QuickTime icon.
  3. You will see a dropdown menu at the top of the control panel if you have opened the correct one. Select Video Settings from this menu.
  4. Click on Safe Mode (GDI only).
  5. Close the control panel, clicking Yes to save the changes when prompted.
