			<description><![CDATA[The Human Rights Network of Aotearoa is proud to present the fourth annual <a href="http://www.humanrightsfilmfest.co.nz" target="_blank">New Zealand Human Rights Film Festival</a>, a cinematic event celebrating extraordinary people striving for success amidst the hardest of circumstances. 2008 is the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the films shown will reflect this theme.]]></description>

Judges for 2006 include Oscar-nominee Taika Waititi, Frontseat producer Gemma Gracewood and producer Warren Green and $10,000 worth of time at Park Road Post is up for grabs.]]></description>

We hope to have some of the finalists online for your viewing pleasure in the next month or two. Also accepting entries until September 30 is the inaugural <a href="http://www.allshorts.org.nz" target="_blank">allshorts</a> festival in Takaka on October 21st.
